Kim Gardner was a joy. She was knowledgeable of the area and listened to what we wanted in a new home. We are so happy with our purchase. I was not as impressed with our listing agent. (Maria Oxner) She was not a driving force and did not give us information. Many times we had to ask her questions to get direction. Such as when our first contract fell through we had little communication with her. Had to ask her what her plan was. She neglected to give us any direction for our open house and also never told us about the final walk through of our home. Everything worked out fine in the end. Our home sold for above asking price but I am not sure that was thanks to her. She is a lovely person but not a go get em type of agent.
